Bin picking

Empty a bin of mixed, randomly oriented parts, even shiny or reflective ones, no fixtures required. ThRiVer sees the parts, picks the best one, and repeats until the bin is empty. New parts need no training, just a description of the job.

Palletizing

Stack boxes into a neat, stable pattern with no overhang. Describe the box, the pattern, and the pallet, and change it in minutes. ThRiVer plans around the stack as it grows so a box never hits it.

Mixed-case palletizing

One pallet, boxes of different sizes. Each position is computed from the box in front of it and the stack underneath, so a size nobody configured is placed like any other. No pattern editor.

Depalletizing

Take a loaded pallet down layer by layer to feed the line. The same description that builds the pallet unloads it, on the same cell, run in reverse.
