Bin picking

Empty a bin of mixed, randomly oriented parts, even shiny or reflective ones, no fixtures required. ThRiVer sees the parts, picks the best one, and repeats until the bin is empty. New parts need no training, just a description of the job.

Pick and place

Move parts from A to B, guided by vision or from a fixed position. Feed a line, load a fixture, transfer between stations.

Build a pallet or unload one: stack boxes into a clean, stable pattern, flush and square, or pick them off case by case. Describe the box, the pattern, and the pallet, and change it in minutes. ThRiVer plans around the growing stack.
